If you are thinking of investing in a pre-sale property, there are many communities to examine. But there is something you should be aware of...most of these developers have a restriction that is worth noting. It is a resale restrictions. Some builders will not allow a buyer to resell a property for a full year. So read the fine print carefully. Remember a Realtor can help you navigate the process.
